Late breakfast at the airport. Very happy to be heading home today, it’s been a busy few days in Melbourne.

One of my favourite hotel room service tests is to order a Caesar Salad… Here’s what I had tonight, a decent Caesar Salad, loads of croutons, parmesan, and bacon bits, but no poached egg on top which was a little disappointing. Not the best, but far from the worst one I’ve had.

Not the prettiest plate, but this fennel salad and twice cooked pork belly was incredibly tasty! #novotel #Melbourne #dinner #hotel #roomservice
