One of my favourite hotel room service tests is to order a Caesar Salad… Here’s what I had tonight at the Novotel on Little Collins, a decent Caesar Salad, loads of croutons, parmesan, and bacon bits, but no poached egg on top which was a little disappointing. Not the best, but far from the worst one I’ve had.
Tonight, for dinner at the Novotel on Little Collins, I’m having Pizza Garlic Bread, and a very tasty Twice Cooked Pork Belly with Fennel Salad!

Finally got around to making Pho at home, and I might be a bit biased here, but damn that was tasty! Can’t understand why I’ve waited so long to make my own, it was so quick and easy to make.
