One of my favourite hotel room service tests is to order a Caesar Salad… Here’s what I had tonight at the Novotel on Little Collins, a decent Caesar Salad, loads of croutons, parmesan, and bacon bits, but no poached egg on top which was a little disappointing. Not the best, but far from the worst one I’ve had.
