Yeh I know, week 4 and 5 should’ve come before week 6……..but I have excuses, each one better than the last. Anyway, the last couple of weeks have been really busy, as you would expect with a newborn in the house, but I’ve still been trying to keep things on track.
Cath’s been really good with organising my lunches and things this week, definitely wouldn’t have been a good without her doing that.
So anyway, I managed to not put on any weight….yeh I didn’t lose any but at least I didn’t put any on.
BMI 33.43, Weight 91.5kg, Neck 43.5cm, Chest 108cm, Right bicep 35.3cm, Left bicep 33cm, Waist 105.5cm, Hips 102.5cm
So measure wise there wasn’t a whole lot of change, totally happy with that. And now for the updated chart.
I’m hoping this week I’m a little more organised and can get my butt into gear and get a bit more exercise. Maybe a couple of sessions at the driving range, plus a little Friday afternoon golf might help. Next Saturday I’m playing golf again, so there’s a few hours of exercise as well.
