They violated my car!
What an ordinary way to start the day. Woke up to one of my neighbours knocking on the front door around 7 am this morning, he was there to let me know that my car had been broken into over night, so had his.
Not entirely sure when it happened, I’m guessing some time after 11 pm last night as that’s when I went to bed. As you can see in the photos they’ve busted the rear left window, probably using a screw driver.
They only stole one thing from the car, an old Apple iMac G5. It was in my car from the Newcastle Music Week Expo Day that I went to yesterday, my stomach was all ick so I didn’t get around to taking it out of the car when I got home, though it was covered by a couple of towels in the footwell in the rear left seat. Oh well, that’s gone now and I highly doubt it will be recovered.
Peugeot 308 HDi, new car action!
Those of you who have been reading my blog for a little while will know the ongoing saga that was me trying to decide on a new car, here and here …
It’s been around 4-5 months of indecision, test driving and what not but finally it’s all over and I’ve just picked up my new car, a Peugeot 308 from John Patrick Prestige Cars in Port Macquarie.
