Drooled over this recipe. The chicken is marinading as I type and my son has prepared the sauce. We are looking forward to eating sate chicken for dinner this evening.

Wow, I've never seen a Satay like this, the Satay dish is one of my favorite foods of all time. Satay is actually a Malay dish and its really popular here in Asia. Usually the chicken pieces are mashed up, and are smaller and finer. Good to see people cooking this outside Asia. 2 Thumbs Up.

I did a search for a chicken satay and yours came up first and WOW it sounds great. The chicken is marinating now and the kids and I are looking forward to dinner. I threaded the chicken before I marinated and really mooshed them around so the marinade got into all the folds. I also added some ground cumin just cause I love it so much.
And I love Come Dine with Me, nice to find another Aussie who does.
Will let you know how the chicken turns out and I am looking forward to trying some of your other recipes too.
Cheers from Junee NSW!

I've tried this recipe twice now - it's great and really simple. The second time I tried it I only used half as much peanut butter, I preferred it that way as I felt it was a bit strong before. That's only a matter of personal taste though, not a criticism of the recipe. I'll be trying the others now - the Vietnamese Ribs sound great!
Cheers Mat

Cheers Chris, glad you liked it.

There's actually about 20 comments, but I'm still waiting on them to import across to the new commenting system I'm using, from the old system.
