Philadelphia Cream Cheese & Chives on an English Muffin

his is my favourite breakfast at the moment, and it’s somewhat healthy too.

Toast a muffin, top it with a load of Extra Light Philadelphia Cream Cheese spread, top liberally with Chives (cut fresh from the herb garden), and then eat. Wash it down with a big glass of OJ and it’s a good and tasty way to start the day.

Now it’s coffee time!
