One Small Step For Landmines has a nifty habit of cranking out angular-yet driving guitar lines and unforgettable melodies building massively catchy songs around rapid-fire drumming and propulsive bass lines. This Florida three piece is dynamically compelling as they are unpredictable and explosive and with the release of their new EP ‘If You Could Get Over Me’, Kevin Allen, the bands creative force, has allowed listeners even more insight into the events and conditions that inspire the band’s music. To promote the new release the band has sent Kevin off on a few short tours playing songs from this selection as well as cuts from the previous two EP’s and full-length album. The touring thus far has seen him open for Coheed and Cambria on select dates of their ‘Neverender” tour in the US and he is now confirmed to support Jim Ward on his upcoming Australian tour.
