I love a good viral marketing video, and this one from Rubber 55 is one of the best I’ve seen in a while. It’s a total rip off of MTV Cribs, but still pretty funny

Check it out, oh and even though it’s about gimps, dildos, latex, and other random fetish type products it’s completely work safe…..unless of course you work somewhere where they don’t allow those things. errrm. what.

So today, in the latest round of software updates to come out for Apple, was the Aperture 2.1.1 update. The support notes say this;

This update supports general compatibility issues, improves overall stability, and addresses a number of other minor issues.

If you’re like me you’ll be furious when you read the latest information the Australia Government has released on the proposed ISP-level filtering of online content.

Duncan Riley has stated his concerns over on his blog. Duncan was also responsible for the Techcrunch article that I linked to in my article back on the 9th of January this year, Big Brother Down Under.

Over at I’m With The Band we’re in the process of moving to our new hosts and as part of the great move we’ve had to relocated all the articles, images, and other assorted bits and pieces.

For the most part the move has gone well, the only BIG issue we’ve had is uploading the WordPress XML exported file from our previous WordPress installation. WordPress, and php, have an issue with uploading files larger than 2mb, but with a little bit of hacking around you can get around it.

Here’s what I did to bypass the WordPress 2mb upload limit.

In my .htaccess file I added the following lines;

php_value upload_max_filesize 20M

php_value post_max_size 20M

php_value max_execution_time 200

php_value max_input_time 200

If you’ve got access to your php.ini file, which is normally located in your public_html directory, then you could try adding those lines to it which I’ve heard works as well.

Anyway, this weekend should be pretty hectic getting the new website finalised. Fingers crossed there are no dramas!
